If authority alone could fix problems, this country would have been running like a Swiss watch decades ago. Unfortunately, authority and leadership are not the same thing. Authority is easy. It comes with a position, a uniform, a title, or a desk slightly bigger than everyone else’s. Leadership, however, is much harder.
